So, yes, I know that this picture has nothing to do with Easter but I thought that it was really cute! I love the bath, most of the time!

Easter started with dying Easter Eggs at school! It was so much fun! The teachers sent pictures of George enjoying his time. I could not tell if the look on his face was sweet or if he was trying to decide what to do with all of that dye!

Saturday, we went to our annual Eater Egg hunt at Canterbury Methodist. As you can tell, I was not a big fan of the Easter Bunny! At first, I would not get near him for a picture! Luckily, he changed his appearance later for a monumental milestone that I will talk about later!

George had fun walking around the gym collecting Easter Eggs! We had to have it inside because the weather was so awful outside. He did not like opening the eggs but loved making the rattle noises!

I on the other hand loved the interior of the eggs! I wish that I could get Easter Eggs everyday! Mama and Daddy ended up having to restrict my Easter Eggs to 1 daily, which I did not take kindly to as I am sure that you would have guessed!

My friend Georgia Jayne was there which made it so much more fun! We had a good time following each other around the gym.

George's friend James was also there so the two of them got acquainted during all of the festivities. James is not so mobile right now but next year, George will be able to show him the ropes!

It was a lot of fun for the entire family and Mama and Daddy were so proud to have us there and looking so cute! I know that you are on pins and needles so I will tell you what a big girl I was at the Easter Egg hunt right now...I gave my Paci to the Easter Bunny! She said that she needed it to give to other babies so I was a big girl and gave it to her. She gave me a blow pop in return. Mama held back the tears while I became a big girl right before her eyes! I am going to be sad without it but am glad that I was able to help someone else out!

After the hunt, we went home and I was a little sad about my paci but it only took me about 20 minutes to adjust when I went down for nap. After Nap, Nana and Papa were at my house to bring part of my reward from the Easter Bunny! Funny, George did not have to give up anything but the Eater Bunny still came to him!

I love opening my presents! I also got to open George's since he is still such a baby! I got great pjs, toys, candy and clothes! Thank you Nana and Papa Easter Bunny!

The next day was actually Easter and as you can see, it was definitely worth my Paci! I only asked Mama a couple of times "if she was sure that I did not have any more pacis." I finally realized that it was not coming back but with all of the other excitement, I was happy to give it up!

That morning, Papa and Daddy woke up me and George and brought us downstairs to get our prizes! George was so young last year that he did not remember how much fun it actually was!

The first thing that I saw was my Snow White Barbie. She is my favorite princess because she has brown hair like mine!

George went straight for his blocks and started to build! He must have them at his school because he was pretty good at making towers and really good at knocking them down!

One of our joint gifts was a really cool keyboard with lots of bells and whistles! I call it my pinano. My favorite part it the rock rhythm that plays while I dance!

I showed George everything I knew about the keyboard...it only took about 3 minutes and then gave him a turn.

Who knows? George may be like Uncle David with his extraordinary musical abilities and surprise us with his talent...one day! Until then, we will just have to be content with lots of banging and loud noise!

After we got dressed, it was time to go get Mimi and Grandpa's Easter Bunny treats! This bunny must be exhausted after hitting all of our houses this weekend! We got more outfits then I can count, and toys! Thank you Mimi and Grandpa Easter Bunny! Grandpa and I started off the trip with a chat on my playground. I told him about my morning and drank a little juice!

George was not feeling super great but had fun outside anyway. It had rained the day before so it was a bit messy but you know George, he loves water!

While we were waiting to have our Eater Egg Hunt and lunch, I thought that I would give the slide a go. I am really good at climbing up the stairs all by myself! I am very coordinated for my age, you know!

You know, I was reading earlier posts and realized that my Aunt Maggie had not made the blog in a while. She is one of my favorite playmates and George adores her. They have fun together chasing her ball and he like to feed her by hand. She is very patient with us and we are so glad that we are here to help keep her entertained!

Then it was time for the Easter Egg Hunt and it was so much fun! Grandpa helps George carry his basket and I got to carry mine all by myself. Maggie helped us find all of them. There were all kinds of treats and we had so much fun!

After we found all of our eggs, we ate the contents of a few and then it was time for brunch! It was delicious for the adults and George but I had already had so much junk, I did not eat very well!

After lunch, George had made such a mess of himself that we decided to let him run around in him diaper for a while. He has the cutest little stocky body we have ever seen! It is amazing how much he has filled out!

Grandpa is definitely one of his favorite people in the world. He follows him all around the house! Grandpa likes that George likes him so much!

Then George and I had fun playing in the front den without the parents! I initially tried to pull a fast one on everyone by going in there to swipe a few eggs but they always seem to know what I am doing before I do it! George got caught in the act too!

Since I couldn't get away with my initial plan, I decided to let Mama in so that she could watch my cartoons with me. Well, at least for a little while. I have been going through and MAJOR Daddy phase so Mama has to take what she can get from me when she can get it!

Before nap, George decided to flip through a book....very advanced book, George. He loves books but likes to stand in front of you as you read them. He is always on the go!

Mimi made her annual delicious bunny cake and I thought that I should try some of it before everyone else just in case. My finger holes just added a little pizazz to it! I love sweets!

She also made these really good, I mean cool sheep out of milanos and and marshmallows. I thought that they were super tasty, I mean creative!
To end the pre-nap day. I spent some time outside with two of my three favorite men in the world! I have them wrapped but they have me wrapped too! Have you ever known two grown men to have such a fuss over a little girl! I am so lucky!
George and I spent the night with Mimi and Grandpa because Mama had a test the next day. The Lounsburys came down to play for a little while. Miss Kathy and I played with play dough and the guys, including George, played on the playground out back! This was the best Easter ever and thank you to everyone who made it special. Also, to all of the babies out there who have my paci now, I hope that you enjoy it as much as I loved it. Another chapter begins!
